Beavers Bend State Park offers many lodging options for visitors. In the State Park, you can choose to rough it while pitching a tent in one of the many camping areas, bring your RV, or stay in one of their yurts or cabins. This 3,482-acre park offers 60 cabins with kitchenettes and light amenities, some with fireplaces. 12 tiny cabins accommodate 4 or 6 guests. 20 one bedroom cabins, 7 duplex cabins and 12 two bedroom cabins. They are all located in the river area of the park. Some cabins are located in the area north of the Forest Heritage Center. Some are south of the Forest Heritage Center across from a campground.

There are several camping areas, all with toilet facilities. The River Area is along the crystal clear Mountain Fork River. RV camping in the lower River Area includes two semi-modern campgrounds, Acorn and Cypress, with water and electric only. The Acorn campground has 50-amp electric. The Cypress campground has 30-amp electric. The semi-modern Fern RV campground located in the upper River Area near the miniature train and riding stables, has sites with water and 30-amp electric only. There are also primitive tent camping only in campgrounds in the upper River Area include Dogwood, Elm, Grapevine and Hickory.

The Lake Area is adjacent to Broken Bow Lake. There are two semi-modern RV campgrounds, Armadillo and Quail in this area. Armadillo with water and 50-amp electric only and Quail with water and 30-amp electric only. Turkey is the only modern RV campground with water, 30-amp electric and sewer. Tent campgrounds include Bluejay, Coyote, Deer, and Eagle.

There are also two Yurts offered by Beavers Bend State Park. They are located in Elm Campground, along the Moutain Fork River. One of them is pet friendly. Restrooms with showers nearby. You will need to bring your own towels, soap and shampoo.

  • Do I need to purchase a parking pass if camping in the state park?
    One parking pass to the Beavers Bend State Park is included in your completed reservation for an RV or tent campsite.
  • Can I bring alcohol to Beavers Bend State Park?
    The public consumption of beverages and mixed beverage coolers that are in excess of the 3.2% alcohol by weight is prohibited. The possession and/or consumption of beer or any other intoxicating beverage, including mixed beverage coolers, by a person under 21 years of age is prohibited.
  • Is there quite hour in Beavers Bend State Park?
    Quiet Hours, at night, your radio or other audio equipment must be turned off between 11 PM and 6 AM.
  • Are pets welcome in the Beavers Bend State Park?
    Keep pets on a leash that is no longer than 10 feet. Don’t leave your pet unattended.
